Lead. Strategize. Build. Grow.

At Horizon, winning the right work starts long before a project reaches the field.

We're looking for a Director of Preconstruction to lead our estimating and pursuit strategy, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the opportunities that will drive Horizon's next stage of growth.

This is a key leadership role for someone who can see the big picture while understanding the details that turn an opportunity into a successful, profitable project.

You'll lead and develop our estimating team, guide strategic pursuit decisions, strengthen estimating processes, and work closely with Business Development, Regional Directors, and Operations to ensure we're pursuing the right opportunities and setting our teams up for success.

We're looking for a commercially minded construction leader who brings strong business acumen, technical estimating knowledge,

and a collaborative approach to leadership. Someone who knows how to build relationships, make sound decisions, develop people, and turn strategy into results.
