The PMO Lead is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the Project Management Office (PMO) for a mid-sized technology solutions provider. This role ensures the consistent delivery of customer projects while driving project governance, resource optimization, operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Working across Professional Services, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Managed Services, the PMO Lead provides leadership to Project Managers and Project Coordinators while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesPMO Leadership

Develop and execute the PMO strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

PMO maturity assessments

Required QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

PMP certification preferred

Agile certification preferred

ITIL Foundation preferred

Experience

10+ years of project management experience

5+ years leading a PMO or project management team

Experience within a technology VAR, systems integrator, MSP, or consulting organization

Experience managing complex multi-million-dollar customer programs

Proven leadership of cross-functional delivery organizations
