Apply technical judgment across complex building projects.As Director, Design & Engineering, you will assess sites, define conversion requirements, and coordinate design development. The role oversees cost estimating, mechanical systems, contractor bidding, and construction handoff.

You will work with internal teams, landlords, consultants, contractors, and public authorities to align scope, costs, approvals, and technical requirements for T&T; stores.Key Responsibilities: Assess buildings, site conditions, fit-out requirements, risks, and capital needsDevelop cost plans covering assumptions, contingencies, and cost driversCoordinate architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and public authoritiesLead contractor selection,



bidding, submissions, and bid evaluationsSupport construction handoff and resolve design or engineering questionsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related disciplineMinimum twelve years’ progressive building engineering or construction experienceKnowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsExperience coordinating broad internal and external project stakeholdersValid driver’s licence and ability to travel as requiredUse retail conversion, cost planning, stakeholder coordination, and engineering leadership to deliver T&T; Supermarket stores.
