Men In Trucks is a premium, white-glove moving company that has served Ottawa since 2010 and now operates in 8 Canadian cities. You'll run our dispatch board so every crew and truck is in the right place, on time.
What you'll do
- Build each day's schedule of crews, trucks and jobs across our cities
- Send crews their job sheets and keep them updated through the day
- Handle day-of changes and delays, and keep customers updated with our sales team
- Talk with crews and customers in English and French
- Track hours, overtime and on-time arrivals for our Operations Manager
What you bring
- 1+ year dispatching or scheduling (moving, delivery, courier, logistics or trades)
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
- Calm under pressure; quick on the phone; strong with maps and spreadsheets
- Available for early mornings and some Saturdays
