As a District Director, you will guide sales and operations across a district. You will shape business planning, lending strategies, marketing execution, and portfolio management. Your work will align district activity with corporate objectives while supporting credit quality, risk management, and business results.

Manage revenue, expenses, and quality across the loan portfolio

Develop district lending, marketing, and sales business plans

Guide credit processes, compliance, due diligence, and risk management

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or related field

Expertise in portfolio management, credit processes, and risk management

Proficiency in oral and written English and French communication

Bring financial services leadership, credit expertise, and bilingual relationship management to FCC’s district financing operations. #
