Job Overview

Join a poupon classroom serving children aged 12 to 18 months as an Éducatrice. You will provide attentive, age-appropriate care and support children’s early learning in a safe, welcoming classroom. This role combines caregiving with teaching through everyday routines, play, and responsive interactions. Your impact: thoughtful care helps children feel secure and supports their growth throughout the day.

Duties

- Provide attentive care during daily routines, responding to each child’s needs with patience and warmth.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate learning and play activities that encourage early development.
- Maintain a welcoming classroom, observe children’s participation, and share relevant updates with colleagues.
- Adapt interactions and activities to support children with different abilities and needs.

Qualifications Required: Practical caregiving, teaching,



and early childhood education capabilities to support children’s daily routines, learning, and wellbeing. Explicit, patient communication and attentive observation help you respond to individual needs and contribute to a safe, supportive classroom.

Preferred: Classroom experience and experience working with children are valuable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is also an asset, along with strengths in adapting activities and collaborating with colleagues to provide consistent, inclusive care.

Pay: $17.63-$23.00 per hour
