You will assist with system engineering concepts, review deliverables, manage design against construction budgets, and coordinate field representatives and contract administration. The position also supports recruitment, employee development, performance appraisals, and mentoring designers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop system engineering concepts and concept reports

Review designs for completeness, accuracy, and quality





Lead field representatives and delegate site activities

Mentor designers and project managers

Support recruitment, development, appraisals, and employee relations

Requirements

Eight or more years in electrical building services

P.Eng or C.E.T. designation

Leadership qualities and independent working capability

Thorough knowledge of provincial codes and standards

LEED certification or sustainable design experience is an asset
