Be the technical leader on Tubi’s Growth team as a Staff Software Engineer in Toronto. Optimize user experiences across web and OTT platforms, utilizing your React and Node.Js expertise.As a Staff Engineer (L5), you will oversee the technical architecture for Growth initiatives that boost user engagement and retention.

Your role encompasses problem-solving for performance-related challenges, along with directing the implementation of A/B test strategies. Own and drive the technical roadmap for Growth areas

- Lead A/B testing to refine user acquisition efforts
- Establish best practices for engineering qualityRequirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience in web application development
- Leadership experience in engineering projects required
