Lead Ruby on Rails infrastructure at Fullscript while improving developer productivity, application reliability, and technical standards across teams.

This hands-on Engineering Manager leads the backend infrastructure team. You will combine people leadership, technical direction, and project execution across Fullscript’s Rails monolith. The work includes roadmap ownership, solution design, code review, foundational upgrades, and shared developer tooling.

Requirements

Experience managing software engineers, including hiring and performance management

Solid backend engineering background with Ruby on Rails

Experience maintaining production applications
