As an Engineering Program Management Specialist, you will support the Platform Manager across aerospace program governance and execution. The work connects Engineering, Operations, Supplier Management, Sales, Product Strategy, Customer Support, Finance, and Logistics. You will translate strategy into priorities, manage escalations, and maintain platform performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Chair or proxy for Platform Manager governance engagements

Manage requests and escalations across business functions

Facilitate leadership meetings and track action items





Own platform statements of work and budget parameters

Develop dashboards and interpret key performance indicators

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline

Five to eight years of relevant qualified experience

Leadership, strategic thinking, coordination, and follow-up skills

French and English proficiency

Excel, financial modelling, Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft Office proficiency
