You will guide CX and support leaders through complex buying decisions involving helpdesks, CRM, knowledge bases, and back-office systems. Your work connects resolution rates, cost-to-serve, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity to executive priorities. You will also partner with Solutions Engineering on proofs of value using real systems and data.

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder AI-driven CX sales cycles

Develop outbound pipeline across named enterprise accounts

Quota achievement in a full-cycle sales role

Experience selling AI solutions, automation, or ML products

Experience selling CX or support transformation

Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data, and security
