Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will guide enterprise strategy, modernization, and investment planning across organizational domains. The work includes business and application architecture, emerging technology assessment, capability-based planning, and stakeholder negotiation. Your leadership will support measurable outcomes through effective governance, portfolio optimization, and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with organizational initiatives

Assess emerging technologies, products, services, methods, and techniques

Identify solution architecture risks and design mitigation approaches





Determine governance requirements reflecting values, ethics, and risk appetite

Coach colleagues and monitor work quality against agreed criteria

Requirements

Degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or equivalent

Experience developing business and application architectures

Application rationalization experience reducing technical debt and redundancy

Ability to assess business value, technical fit, risk, and TCO

Robust negotiation, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills

Use strategic planning, enterprise architecture frameworks, governance, and executive communication to direct OLG’s architecture evolution.
