Architect enterprise hospitality solutions for Toast, connecting restaurant platforms, integrations, security, and customer outcomes across international markets.As a solutions leader, you will design how Toast fits multi-location operators with 16 to 500 sites. You will work with IT, operations, finance, sales, product, and implementation stakeholders. Your work spans existing systems, complex integrations, compliance reviews, and business cases.Key Responsibilities:

Design solutions across ERP, payroll, inventory, and loyaltyAddress kiosks, delivery, custom integrations, networks, and hardwareLead vendor security questionnaires and PCI scopingWrite BRDs describing problems, tradeoffs, and segment impactTranslate technical fit into labor, service, and revenue outcomesRequirements:

Seven-plus years in solutions architecture, engineering, or consultingExperience supporting complex enterprise buying committeesKnowledge of PCI DSS and international privacy regimesExecutive presence with C-suite and IT leadersInternational experience across multiple markets or regulatory regimesUse hospitality technology architecture, security expertise, and outcome-focused communication to guide Toast’s international enterprise customers.
