Engineer role supports customer environments through maintenance, implementation, education, documentation, and timely issue resolution.

Check

Point seeks an engineer who can troubleshoot products and industry-standard technologies while managing expectations and multitasking within a close-knit team. The position includes occasional customer-site travel in the United States and Canada. Candidates need five to eight years of relevant experience, Check Point product expertise, and the ability to work without employer sponsorship in the applicable country.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop troubleshooting skills across Check Point products




- Maintain technical knowledge of industry-standard technologies
- Manage customer expectations during issue resolution
- Support customer maintenance and implementation activities
- Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed Requirements:
- Five to eight years of relevant enterprise experience
- Strong understanding of Linux-based server functions
- Solid understanding of OSI Layers 1 through 4
- Knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF and BGP
- Ability to work without employer sponsorship Apply enterprise security, Linux, routing, and Check Point troubleshooting knowledge while supporting customers through complex technical issues.
