As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will identify, qualify, advance, and close opportunities with medium and large city and county public safety entities. You will lead strategic sales, negotiate business, and maintain client relationships. The work requires software understanding, sophisticated B2G selling, and explicit value communication to decision-makers. Versaterm’s integrated platform supports dispatch, law enforcement, forensics, courts, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and advance pipeline aligned with quota and forecasting expectations
- Demonstrate software solutions to agency leaders and end-users




- Deliver value propositions using Challenger Sales principles
- Manage opportunities and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- 10+ years of selling experience
- 3–5+ years selling Public Safety technology to government agencies
- Experience managing long-duration B2G sales cycles
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale methodologies
- Ability to travel up to 75% and obtain Canadian Reliability clearance
