As Lead Engineer, Collaboration Platforms, you will support enterprise audiovisual capabilities across meeting rooms and workplace environments.

Responsibilities include technical design, critical issue resolution, platform integration, and operational evolution. You will also support executive and Board-level engagements while guiding engineering and support teams.

Design meeting rooms, conferencing systems, and control systems

Support critical executive and Board-level engagements

Requirements

Significant experience implementing enterprise collaboration technologies

Advanced L3 troubleshooting across AV and networks

Familiarity with ServiceNow WSD, Vyopta, and Cisco solutions

Experience managing technology lifecycles and implementations

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
