Shape setting, health, and safety performance for DECIEM’s Ontario manufacturing and distribution operations from Etobicoke, on-site five days weekly.

This Senior Manager role owns EHS priorities across Ontario manufacturing, Ontario and New Jersey distribution, and Fraser Head Office support. Reporting to the Director, Manufacturing Operations, the leader works with Commercial EHS and manages the EHS Specialist. The work spans safety governance, environmental compliance, emergency response, and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and present EHS metrics, trends, and performance data
- Facilitate Joint Health and Safety Committees across supported sites
- Implement training modules, onboarding toolkits, and safety education
- Maintain EHS management systems through audits and operational reviews




- Oversee contractor documentation, training, insurance, and WSIB records

Requirements:

- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, CPG, or pharmaceutical environments
- 5–7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience
- Direct experience coaching and leading multi-site EHS teams
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of Ontario environmental permitting and reporting requirements
