You will maintain real-time visibility across concurrent processes and intervene when work is at risk. - Run daily operations across multiple concurrent equity processes
- Track team workload, status, deadlines, and service-level commitments

- Provide feedback and hold Analysts accountable

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Five-plus years leading or supervising transactional teams
- Proven accuracy across simultaneous processes and deadlines
- Comfort with rapid pace and high-pressure periods
- Experience with equity plans and global taxation
