Provide nursing care at Granite Ridge – Stittsville as an Evening Registered Practical Nurse, using sound judgement and resident-focused communication. This temporary full-time assignment offers 75 hours bi-weekly.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Practical Nurse supports residents within Sienna Senior Living communities. You will follow physician's orders, resident care plans, established policies, and your RPN/LPN scope. The position includes admissions, assessments, supervision, and family communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing and personal care according to established policies
- Follow physician's orders and resident plans of care
- Assess residents during admissions, readmissions, and status changes




- Communicate regularly with residents and their families
- Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:
- Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Good judgement and ability to identify risk
- Ability to foster a positive work environment
- Geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health experience is an asset
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
