Lead Indigo’s events operations with project planning, budget tracking, and cross-functional execution across national programming and author events.As Manager, Events, you will translate strategic direction into execution frameworks for large-scale, multi-channel programming. You will oversee workflows, operational standards, timelines, and risks while serving as a primary contact for internal partners, authors, publishers, venues, and stores.Key Responsibilities:

Translate strategy into event plans, timelines, and delivery frameworksLead nationally driven programming and cross-functional event campaignsTrack budgets and coordinate financial reporting across the portfolioChair bi-weekly planning meetings and align partnersImprove processes and support store event executionRequirements:

Five to seven years in events, marketing, retail, or related fieldsPost-secondary degree or equivalent experienceLarge-scale event planning through post-event analysisStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder relationship skillsMicrosoft Office, social media, and event tool proficiencyBring operational leadership, analytical thinking, and event production expertise to Indigo’s national programming and author experiences.
