As an Executive Leader, you will play a key role in shaping strategic direction, driving organizational excellence, and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture. You will leverage your experience within the federal public service to guide decision-making, strengthen partnerships, and deliver impactful outcomes.

About You

1+ years of Leadership/coaching experience within the Federal Public Service

Experience with working with Senior Executives including C-suite employees at a level of Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM)

ICF Coaching Certificate is an asset

Reliability Clearance

Proficient in both English and French
