You will connect departmental work, manage more than 50 annual Board, client, and committee deliverables, and prepare communications with clarity. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with Finance, the Corporate Secretary's Office, and executives.Key Responsibilities:

Own reporting architecture and establish review checkpointsSequence materials across Enterprise Risk Management, Controls,



and AuditPrepare context for leadership meetings and organizational developmentsDevelop department-wide guidance aligned with corporate requirementsSupport change management for tools and processesRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or related fieldThree or more years of relevant experienceAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiencyWorking knowledge of risk, audit, or governance processesBusiness intelligence or data visualization experience preferredApply storytelling, workflow management, and sound discretion to deliver high-quality reporting for BCI's decision-makers and governors.
