Lead facilities maintenance and renewal planning for Delta School District, overseeing architectural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across 31 schools.Reporting to the Director of Facilities, this manager coordinates maintenance, repairs, and minor renewal projects across the District portfolio. The position leads trades supervisors and maintenance teams while managing Annual Facilities Grant initiatives and other renewal programs.

Responsibilities include lifecycle asset management, condition-based prioritization, compliance, and service delivery improvement.Key Responsibilities:
