Cintas seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager in Etobicoke to coordinate equipment reliability, budgets, and safety processes. This full time first-shift role oversees maintenance operations.You will manage facility and equipment assignments while scheduling preventative maintenance across Cintas facilities. The work includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus parts, labor, capital expenditures, and suppliers.

You will prepare reports, respond to emergency alarms, and supervise maintenance personnel.Key Responsibilities:

and labor budgetsPrepare maintenance reports and evaluate parts suppliersNegotiate with internal and external service companiesRespond to emergency alarms and maintain staffing levelsConduct training and mentor the maintenance teamRequirements:

Minimum five years industrial processing equipment repair experienceMinimum two years supervising maintenance personnelExperience with maintenance management systems and parts managementProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet toolsAbility to stand seven hours during an eight-hour shiftBring maintenance planning, supplier coordination, budgeting, and team supervision experience to Cintas facility operations in Etobicoke.
