City of Richmond Hill is seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a multi-facility portfolio. You will supervise staff and external contractors, ensure preventive and demand maintenance, and oversee life safety, HVAC, electrical, and BAS systems across City facilities.

The role requires a 3-year engineering technologist diploma and at least 7 years of facility management experience with a solid QA background.
