Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Family Physicians / General Practitioners to join our practice. Whether you are looking to build a full family practice, offer walk-in/urgent care access, or integrate specialized medical services (e.g., minor procedures, chronic disease management, aesthetics, or sports medicine), we provide full operational flexibility with complete clinical independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care management.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory investigations, and imaging.
- Formulate evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications appropriately.
- Perform minor office procedures and clinical interventions according to scope of practice.
- Refer patients to specialized medical consultants, allied health professionals,



and hospital services as needed.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with CPSO standards.
- Collaborate with our integrated team of multi-disciplinary providers (physiotherapists, chiropractors, optometric staff, and allied professionals) for holistic patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Licensure: Independent Practice License in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Certification: Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) (or eligibility).
- Valid CMPA (Canadian Medical Protective Association) liability coverage.
- Excellent clinical acumen, bedside manner, and patient communication skills.
