Working remotely from the Halifax/Dartmouth area, this Technician travels offsite to customer residences and services LG products. The work includes technical diagnosis, repairs, spare parts decisions, paperwork, data entry, and service-call prescreening.

Technicians represent LG while meeting customer satisfaction, first-time-fix, revisits, parts-management, and on-time metrics.
