Lead field service delivery for Wenco International Mining Systems using project management expertise and hybrid hardware-software knowledge across regional mining projects.As Project Lead, Field Services, you will own implementations, hardware deployments, network upgrades, and site trials. You will coordinate distributed teams, maintain project controls, and connect field services with Sales and clients. The work requires confident communication and technical oversight.Key Responsibilities:

Own project delivery against defined scope, schedule, and costBuild schedules, resource assignments, and status reportsLead site readiness assessments, kickoffs, and milestone executionCoordinate field analysts, hardware specialists, and technical staffManage risks, changes,



safety requirements, and post-project reviewsRequirements:

Five or more years in field service or technical coordinationExperience managing concurrent projects across distributed locationsHardware and software installation or deployment experienceKnowledge of networking, IT/OT infrastructure, GNSS, and WindowsValid driver’s license and passport;

travel up to 50%Apply project leadership, client communication, and technical coordination skills to deliver protected Wenco field service projects regionally.
