As Field Services Senior Manager, you will supervise a large technical support team and guide daily operations. Ensure service level agreements are met consistently

Requirements

Eight to ten years supporting desktop, software, and hardware

Experience managing teams of ten or more members

Five years of managerial or leadership experience

Practical ITIL knowledge; ITIL version 4 certification preferred

Driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required
