The mission of the Business Finance Department is to maximize Aritzia’s financial performance and drive business objectives through strategic financial insight. Aritzia is growing and our Business Finance team is growing with it. This is a unique chance to be part of the team responsible for producing insightful financial analysis, effectively managing Aritzia’s financial assets and providing senior leadership with the required information and analysis to make informed business decisions.

You will play a pivotal role in Aritzia’s future growth by providing strategic and innovative solutions to support the business in achieving both short and long-term corporate objectives. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Business Finance, Digital, you will lead the team to: Act as a strategic partner to the business, collaborating to proactively elevate Aritzia’s financial performance, championing smart spending and guiding the business through fact-driven decisions, strategic expense management, ROI evaluations, and seamless budget alignment Forecast sales and/or business expenses in the short and long term, simultaneously analyzing and explaining key drivers of future growth Analyze business results including the internal (business-driven) and external (macroeconomic) drivers for P&L; line items Provide our business partners and Aritzia Leadership Team with timely and accurate reporting on performance results, calling out key highlights, risks, and opportunities FP&A;,
