Lead IFRS financial reporting at Alamos Gold Inc. in a hybrid, full time finance role supporting sites, disclosures, and technical accounting.

As Manager, Financial Reporting, you will guide quarter-end and year-end close activities across Alamos operations. The role combines external reporting, technical accounting analysis, policy development, and audit support. You will collaborate with mine-site finance, corporate teams, executives, and business partners to deliver accurate, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide sites through quarterly and annual financial close processes
- Prepare quarterly and annual MD&A; and financial statements
- Research complex transactions and prepare technical accounting memoranda




- Maintain accounting policies reflecting IFRS and business operations
- Support controls, audits, remediation, and reporting improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or relevant field
- CPA or similar professional designation required
- Eight to ten years progressive accounting or reporting experience
- Prior people leadership or supervisory experience
- Advanced Excel skills; OneStream, SAP, and Workiva preferred
