Lead IFRS financial reporting at Alamos Gold Inc. in a hybrid, full-time finance role supporting sites, disclosures, and technical accounting.As Manager, Financial Reporting, you will guide quarter-end and year-end close activities across Alamos operations. The role combines external reporting, technical accounting analysis, policy development, and audit support. You will collaborate with mine-site finance, corporate teams, executives, and business partners to deliver accurate, timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:





Guide sites through quarterly and annual financial close processesPrepare quarterly and annual MD&A; and financial statementsResearch complex transactions and prepare technical accounting memorandaMaintain accounting policies reflecting IFRS and business operationsSupport controls, audits, remediation, and reporting improvementsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or relevant fieldCPA or similar qualified designation requiredEight to ten years progressive accounting or reporting experiencePrior people leadership or supervisory experienceAdvanced Excel skills;

OneStream, SAP, and Workiva preferredApply financial reporting, IFRS, MD&A;, and technical accounting expertise to support Alamos Gold’s operations and disclosures.
