This District Manager leads teams supporting Wealth and Insurance results, Client engagement, financial planning, and governance metrics. The position partners with the Regional Vice President, Recruiting Consultant, Business Development Consultant, and Business Development Partners. Success requires business acumen, product knowledge, influence, and performance management in a sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

Build annual business plans with the Regional Vice President

Cascade targets and adjust activities against business results

Identify District growth opportunities and improve advisor efficiency





Lead process changes and advisor implementation support

Plan annual advisor training and direct resource access

Requirements

Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience

People leadership experience or equivalent education and experience

Deep insurance and wealth product knowledge

Regulatory, oversight, and compliance expertise

Valid life insurance and mutual fund licenses
