Lead fixed plant maintenance, planning, and reliability at Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine Site on a two weeks on, two weeks off rotation.

Reporting to the Manager, Fixed Plant Maintenance, this Superintendent leads maintenance planning and reliability functions. The position coordinates Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and contractors. Its focus includes protected execution, equipment availability, reliability, performance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Maintenance Planning and Reliability team

Oversee short-term, weekly, and long-term fixed plant maintenance plans

Optimize schedules, shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities

Implement reliability-centered maintenance and predictive maintenance programs





Manage maintenance budgets, reports, asset strategies, and critical spares

Requirements

Degree or diploma in engineering, industrial maintenance, or related discipline

At least 10 years of progressive maintenance experience

At least five years in leadership or supervisory roles

Experience with planning, scheduling, reliability engineering, and asset management

Ability to work remotely on a two weeks on, two weeks off rotation
