About us

BerryBlush is a woman-owned luxury floral studio with two Toronto locations: Queen Street East (Leslieville) and Yonge & Davisville (Midtown). We create bouquets, orchid arrangements, preserved pieces, and event florals for clients across the GTA.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Floral Designer to join our team three days a week. You'll work alongside our senior florists, follow our signature style, and help bring each order to life.

Schedule

- Saturday, Sunday, Monday — 5 hours per day (approx. 15 hours/week)
- Shifts may be at either location; exact hours vary by day

What you'll do
- Process and condition fresh flower deliveries
- Prepare bouquets and arrangements following BerryBlush recipes
- Wrap, package, and prep orders for pickup and delivery




- Keep the workroom and storefront clean and organized
- Assist walk-in customers when needed

Requirements
- Previous floral experience required (flower shop, studio, or event work)
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm during busy weekends
- Available every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, including holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day)
