This Founders Associate will drive company priorities from concept through execution. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, structure ambiguous challenges, and strengthen operating processes. Key Responsibilities

Lead two to three high-priority projects each quarter

Coordinate supplier sourcing and AI-enabled workflow programmes

Translate complex questions into recommendations and execution plans

Manage leadership, board, investor, and OKR rhythms





Integrate AI tools, agents, and automated workflows

Requirements

Three to five years in consulting or startup operations

Experience independently managing complex cross-functional initiatives

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication with executives, investors, and partners

Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or MCP servers
