As Engineering Manager, you will guide the team responsible for Activix and related services. Partner with Product, UX, Data, and adjacent teams to define outcomes, scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.

Develop engineers through feedback, coaching, hiring, and career conversations

Guide architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting





Establish standards for testing, security, privacy, and release readiness

Requirements

At least five years of engineering leadership experience

Experience developing people and building effective engineering teams

Strong software engineering background with scalable web applications

Ability to explain architecture and code-level trade-offs

Experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance constructively
