Lead, Software Development, you guide a team responsible for high-performance, secure wealth management solutions. You bring a system-wide architectural view, collaborate with architects, and resolve complex challenges while protecting quality, security, performance, and availability. The position also supports Agile delivery, automated testing, CI/CD, and practical adoption of Claude for software development.
