Overview

As a Gas Station Attendant/Cashier at Petro-Canada, you’ll assist customers with purchases, operate the POS system, handle cash, and keep merchandise organized. You’ll provide friendly, efficient service while supporting a clean, well-stocked retail area.

Responsibilities

- Process purchases accurately using POS and cashiering procedures; handle cash and apply basic math.
- Answer customer questions, communicate clearly in English, and use phone etiquette when responding to calls.
- Recommend relevant products, demonstrate items when useful, and support retail sales through appropriate upselling.
- Merchandise products, maintain organized displays, and manage tasks effectively during busy periods.

Qualifications Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, cash handling, POS skills, time management, and organizational skills help you serve customers and complete transactions accurately. Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, merchandising, sales, product demonstrations, technology sales, or technical sales experience are advantageous; bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you assist a wider range of customers.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
