Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a Gérant de projet to join their team. As a Gérant de projet, you will be part of the project delivery organization supporting major and strategic heavy civil works across Québec. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and contractual management skills, proven leadership on complex construction projects, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while staying focused on results.

What's the Job?

Lead major heavy civil projects across Québec, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery from start to finish.

Manage project performance with a strong focus on financial and contractual control, including budgets, timelines, and commitments.

Oversee complex scopes such as ouvrages d’art, municipal/provincial infrastructures, voirie and roadworks, and égout & aqueduc.

Coordinate civil works involving concrete and steel structures, and support projects that include electrical substations in partnership with Hydro-Québec.





Contribute to the organization’s growth by building durable relationships with partners and stakeholders and supporting expansion initiatives.

What's Needed?

Significant experience managing heavy civil engineering projects, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.

Experience in one or more of the following areas: ouvrages d’art, infrastructures, voirie, égout-aqueduc, or electrical substations.

Strong financial and contractual management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership approach that mobilizes teams and drives results while maintaining transparent communication across stakeholders.

Motivation to contribute to the evolution of a well-established organization and to help take operations to the next level.
