Lead full-lifecycle recruiting across the Americas with high autonomy from Herndon, Austin, or Denver on a hybrid three-day schedule.

This experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner manages technical and corporate searches while advising hiring managers and regional leadership. Own recruiting delivery from intake through offer acceptance

Manage technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership searches

Advise hiring managers on timelines, markets, and pipeline risks

Four or more years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience

Independent management of multiple concurrent searches

Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

Hybrid availability three days weekly and occasional travel

Bring autonomous recruiting delivery, hiring-manager partnership, market expertise, and Rippling accuracy to global talent acquisition. #
