About Us Intrepid Health Inc. is a growing healthcare network of roughly 30 clinic and pharmacy locations across the Greater Toronto Area, supporting a team of 300+ staff including Medical Receptionists, Medical Lab Technicians, Clinic Managers, Pharmacy staff, and clinical providers. We're looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to build and scale our people operations across both businesses while maintaining the compliance rigor our healthcare setting demands. What You'll Be Doing Building and standardizing compensation bands across all roles, clinic and pharmacy Developing standardized offer letter templates for use across all sites Establishing a clear HR escalation path from manager to director to executive Leading recruitment and onboarding across clinical, administrative, and pharmacy teams, ensuring a smooth and consistent hiring experience at every location Acting as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, providing day-to-day HR support to staff and managers across our sites Overseeing HR policy and compliance matters specific to a healthcare workplace (our Policies & Procedures framework is already established — you'll help maintain and evolve it) Ensuring clean, audit-ready HR files and employment contracts across all locations Traveling periodically between locations (approx. 30% of working hours)



What We're Looking For CHRP or CHRL designation — required 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or healthcare environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a strong asset Working knowledge of Ontario employment law and the Employment Standards Act (ESA) Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations (PHIPA) is an asset Experience with HRIS/workforce management platforms (we use Connecteam) A people-first approach: organized, approachable, and skilled at building trust across diverse teams Comfort working across multiple sites and coordinating with distributed teams 30% travel between locations Compensation: $95,000–$120,000/year, commensurate with experience Reporting: Reports to the Chief of Staff, with dotted-line partnership to both Directors of Operations (Clinics and Pharmacies) Benefits Extended health care Paid time off A note on our hiring process: Intrepid Health Inc. uses artificial intelligence tools to assist in screening and assessing applications as part of our hiring process.
