As a Guest Service Attendant, you help guests navigate their visit with friendly, attentive support. You serve as a welcoming point of contact, respond to questions, and help ensure information is shared clearly and service runs smoothly.

Duties

- Welcome guests, listen to their needs, and provide helpful, timely customer service.
- Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, using multi-line phone systems to direct inquiries and share accurate information.
- Support front desk and guest services by coordinating requests and communicating updates with colleagues.

Experience Required: Clear communication,



attentive listening, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to manage guest inquiries accurately and courteously are essential to this role. Preferred: Hotel experience, front desk or hospitality experience, and familiarity with guest services or multi-line phone systems are valuable. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills can help you assist guests with varied language needs and contribute to a welcoming experience.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
