As Head of Product, you will own Business Banking end-to-end, including its offering, performance, and product organization. You will guide accounts, user experience, payments, current rails, and agents while growing deposits and payments. The work combines commercial judgment, customer-centered craft, experimentation, and disciplined execution in a regulated environment.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in banking, payments, platforms, or financial products

5+ years leading product managers through hiring and coaching

Command of business banking, deposits, liquidity, and payment rails

Experience launching and scaling 0-1 financial products

Sound judgment in regulated, risk-sensitive environments
