Identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive measurable improvements.Financial Controls and Risk Management: Maintain robust operational controls across the funding lifecycle, ensuring adherence to approval authorities, policy requirements, audit standards,



and financial governance. Proactively identify risks and implement appropriate mitigations.5+ years in partner Operations, channel, or business operations, including 2+ years managing people.Strong Salesforce skills, covering the prospect and partner data model, validation rules, and reports.Data Analytics and AI: Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent reporting and analytics tools, with demonstrated experience leveraging AI solutions such as Claude or Slack AI to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and process automation.Experience writing and enforcing policy, with strong judgment on exceptions.Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions without formal authority, challenge constructively, and confidently uphold policies and process requirements, including communicating difficult decisions when necessary.Experience with Salesforce, PRM platforms, CRM systems, or other operational technologies.When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
