The Role: We are looking for a Head of Project Management to oversee our central operations team. Operating out of our Victoria HQ, you will manage the day-to-day work of our Project Coordinators, Permit Specialists, and Designers. You are the ultimate problem-solver for complex project issues, ensuring that every solar project is fully prepped, permitted, and handed off to the field teams on time.
What You Will Own
- Day-to-day management of the HQ project coordination and design team.
- Acting as the main point of contact for complex project issues or delays.
- Ensuring projects are fully prepared and handed off to the field teams on schedule.
- Identifying and removing bottlenecks in the project timeline before they cause field delays.
What You Won't Do
- Direct customer communication (unless an issue is escalated to you).
- Direct management of the physical installation crews.

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
- Incentive: Performance bonus structure tied to project turnaround times and the quality of project handoffs.
