Lead Grades 7–12 at Havergal College in Toronto through strategic leadership, student wellbeing, and faculty development.Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the Head of Upper School serves on the Senior Leadership Team. This leader oversees academic, wellbeing, co-curricular, and operational programs. The position advances student success, belonging, and continuous improvement across the Upper School.Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Grades 7–12Guide academic, wellbeing, co-curricular, and operational programsFoster student success, belonging, and strong family relationshipsMentor, coach, and develop faculty and school leadersBuild a cooperative, accountable culture of continuous improvementRequirements:

Advanced graduate degree, preferably in EducationAt least 10 years’ educational leadership experience in Grades 7–12Ontario College of Teachers certification or capacity to become certifiedPrincipal’s Qualifications or equivalent leadership preparation preferredKnowledge of adolescent development, wellbeing, and curriculum implementationBring educational leadership, people management, and student wellbeing expertise to Havergal’s Grades 7–12 community.
