Drive high-quality outputs supporting Canada’s health systems.This Project Lead manages strategic data and analytics initiatives across specialized care standards and engagement. You will coordinate data lifecycle activities, modernization efforts, project plans, and cross-functional teams.

The work connects consultants, subject matter experts, business partners, vendors, and health system stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from initiation through close with plans, budgets, and reportsOversee intake, validation, linkage, remediation, documentation, and secure deliveryCoordinate teams, workstreams, dependencies, risks, and decision-makingDevelop analytic plans, indicator specifications,



validation, and quality processesProduce reports, dashboards, presentations, training, and technical documentationRequirements:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and related experienceMinimum five years’ relevant health data or analytics experienceExperience with large administrative or clinical datasetsProficiency with MS Project, SAS, R, Python, SQL, or visualization toolsStrong project, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsApply health data leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management to advance CIHI’s specialized care standards and engagement work.
