As Product Line Manager, you will own assigned product families and guide strategy, roadmaps, customer opportunities, and profitable growth. Your work spans Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and customers. The position requires technical aptitude, business acumen, and experience with product management, engineering, technical business development, or program management.

Key Responsibilities

Own business plans and strategies for High Speed I/O connector families

Develop roadmaps aligned with customer requirements and market trends

Manage NBO pipelines and secure new design wins

Evaluate markets, competition, adoption trends, revenue, pricing, and margins





Support product introductions, investments, capacity, and lifecycle decisions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related technical field

Three to five-plus years in relevant product or technical roles

Experience with connectors, interconnects, data centers, networking, or electronics preferred

Robust analytical, communication, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
