Located in Sainte-Adèle, this Tidan Hospitality Group hotel operates under the Tribute Portfolio Marriott brand. Reporting to the Controller, you will coordinate a three-employee accounting team while handling payables, group billing, receivables follow-up, payroll approval, bank reconciliations, and financial projects. Hospitality and food and beverage experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and coordinate the accounting team's daily work
- Participate in accounts payable processing activities
- Prepare group invoices and follow up receivables
- Review, verify, and approve payroll




- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial projects

Requirements:
- Accounting diploma or degree with equivalent experience accepted
- Five years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Excel, POS systems, and accounting software
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Responsible, versatile, team-oriented, and detail-oriented approach
